We present our new and charming apartment in the La Malagueta area, just 100 meters from the beach and with capacity for 4 people.

Consisting of a living room with a lift-up table and a super comfortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to cook, as well as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine/dryer. And a double room with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.



It also has high-speed Internet (fiber optics), hot/cold air conditioning, possibility of parking in a nearby building, shower towels, map with tourist information and many recommendations.



The La Malagueta neighborhood is by far the best in Malaga due to its privileged location, you will find the beach just a few meters away, the port 500 meters away and the historic center just over 5 minutes walk.



In its surroundings you will find all kinds of services such as a large supermarket just 50 meters away, open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., bus stop and direct taxi to the airport 200 meters away, pharmacies, banks, bars, restaurants, beach bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, shops, kiosks and several highly prestigious language schools such as Lexis, Cervantes, Debla...



The actual distances from the apartment to the places of interest are: 900 meters km from the town center, 1.4 km from the bus or train station and 10 km from the airport.
