A very nice stay at this new hotel. Being new you expect it to be clean, and so it was. The stuff were superb, especially Deena and Johaan (sorry if I have spelt the names wrong). The property is well locate and would happily return.

An outstanding hotel. Staff were amazing throughout. The room was perfect (twin) with a massive shower and good facilities in the room. Comfortable beds and all in all a very peaceful stay was there during carnival weekend and barely heard a thing at night. Great location only a 5 minute walk until you are in the centre. Highly recommend thjs hotel.

From the moment we walked in the front door with Johan checking us in, Lara and Africa at the Bar Lounge they all were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is new, everything beautifully furnished and decorated, beds super comfy dream bathrooms. We managed to find parking on the streets outside front doors. Walked to Old Town and all around the area, it’s a very good location. The ROOFTOP patio WOW what a sweet perk! Managed to soak up a few rays for couple hours, this will be the hangout once weather is nice. Fabulous friendly staff! Good training is evident, cheers

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. This hotel has JUST opened (02/02/26). it may not appear when you search on maps but it’s easy to find Gorgeous bar and lounge seating. Super reception staff who were welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful with a velvet headboard that curved into a sofa with a marble table and chairs. Nespresso (?) coffee machine. Enormous bed with lovely linen and pillows. Electric blinds. We completely overslept following a late night but it was not a problem and we were told to take our time. Due to oversleeping we missed the opportunity to use the enormous tiled shower ‘room’. It’s a bit of a walk to malaga central - but it’s close to the main train station. We got a great rate but fear it’s going to go up as so exceptional. But who knows?’ Thank you lovely Serenay team. Can’t wait to come back. X

Jag bodde här i fyra nätter och kan inte annat än varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Det är helt nytt och känns fantastiskt fräscht i alla avseenden. All personal jag kom i kontakt med var otroligt hjälpsam, tillmötesgående och mycket trevlig. De var genuint intresserade och gav gärna tips på saker att göra i Málaga, vilket uppskattades extra mycket då det var mitt första besök i staden. Jag valde ett superiorrum som var rymligt och mycket fint. Badrummet var verkligen fantastiskt och hotellet motsvarade bilderna helt och hållet. Rummet hade dessutom otroligt bra mörkläggning, vilket gav riktigt goda förutsättningar för en bra natts sömn. Jag kan tyvärr inte uttala mig om frukosten då jag inte valde att lägga till den. Däremot är hotellet något lyhört. Är man känslig för ljud kan det vara bra att ta med öronproppar. Det ligger i ett relativt trafikerat område och eftersom fönstren är ganska tunna hörs trafiken tydligt. Även ljud från korridoren, hissen och andra gäster kan uppfattas. Läget är mycket bra, med närhet till centralstationen, El Corte Inglés och med bekvämt gångavstånd till stadens sevärdheter. Detta var definitivt inte min sista vistelse här. Tack för denna gång!

Un hotel muy nuevo. Muy acogedor. Todo impecable. La cama comodisima y la ducha genial. Me ha encantado el tacto de las sabanas y toallas. El personal muy atento. Esta a 5 min del centro. Esto hace que sea super silencioso al no tener el bullicio del centro. Además esta muy bien insonorizado. En mi caso me va perfecto porque está junto a la estación del AVE y en la salida de Malaga hacia el aeropuerto. Muy recomendable.
