APARTMENTS CASA TÍA ANTONIA, 2 BEDROOMS: Fabulous 2 bedroom beachfront apartment, just 10 meters from the beach sand, in a typical fishing area of Malaga, Barrio de El Palo. Fully equipped for 2-4 people. ON FOOT OF STREET, access without stairs, with 2 rooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 and another with a double bed in the other bedroom of 1.35, plus sofa bed in living room of 1.35. Bathroom with shower, living room with integrated kitchen area and a comfortable sofa. It has a great porch with beautiful views of the beach, at the foot of the promenade from where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a soft drink while watching the sunset over the bay of Malaga, or sit and relax at any time of the day . Everything in the apartment is brand new (kitchen, sofas, bedroom, TV, satellite, DVD, WIFI, ...), it has everything you need for a holiday by the sea. Fully equipped. Quiet, comfortable. Close to shops, El Palo market, highway access, golf course and El Candado yacht club. Ideal for relaxing holidays, beach and cultural visits. Only 15 minutes by bus from the city center.
Ideal for families and people with mobility difficulties. The beach is perfect for children as it has two breakwaters that make it shallow and protects it largely from waves.
Everything in the apartment is new (kitchen, sofas, bedrooms, TV, satellite, DVD, WIFI ...), it has everything you need to spend a holiday by the sea. * Rental bicycles on request. * Private parking on request only 150 meters from the apartment. * Airport / down pick-up service upon request. * Cot and high chair on request. The apartment is 10 meters from the beach in a typical fishing village of Malaga, with a selection of bars and restaurants at the door and on a 20km round road. It is a quiet area with excellent transport connections every 8 minutes. The city center with all its cultural attractions, nightlife and shopping is a 10-minute bus ride, Nerja and its Torremolinos caves 30 minutes and 25 minutes. This is ideal for those looking for relaxation, with all the comforts at hand and wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, where we have around 300 sunny days a year. There is also a golf course just 600 meters from the lock and a marina just 5 minutes walk. Other Activities: beach soccer, beach volleyball, paddle tennis court, outdoor gymGolf: There are plenty of golf courses along the "Costa del Sol", in this area there is one in the Padlock Course (10 minutes to foot) and one in Añoreta Golf (10 minutes by car), there are also many many others within 20 minutes by car. These two courses are very reasonable. Skiing: The Sierra Nevada ski resort, located in Granada, with its 104 km of snow, is only 1 hour and 30 minutes away by car! Or visit the wonderful Alhambra. You will be able to ski in the morning and return to tea time by the sea TRANSPORTATION: From the airport you can take a bus or train to the city center and then a bus 15-20 minutes from El Palo, this bus, LINE Nº11, passes every 5 minutes from 23:30 every 40 minutes throughout the night. You can get the bus to the city center 8 minutes walk from the apartment. You can get a bus to Nerja in 5 minute walk from the apartment. You can take a taxi 200 meters away. BEACHES: The beaches of El Palo and Pedregalejo are not very deep, so they are ideal for children and everyone. There are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can have a drink, eat some fish or a modern restaurant.

Our host Juan was excellent in greeting us and providing us with all necessary information for a perfect stay. This ground level apartment has easy access to the beach and bus to get to Malaga Centro. It was clean, beautifully furnished, quiet, with lovely beds and linens.

We only stayed 2 days and wished we had stayed longer. So much to see and do in Malaga! The property was right on the beach front and looks like it was newly renovated. Very clean and up to date. The rooms were small but had eveything we needed. Couldn't beat the location. Excellent beachside restaurants nearby. We had a car and Juan went out of his way to ensure parking for us. Juan was the perfect host! He responded to our messages right away and spoke excellent English. He had put together a great notebook with information regarding the unit and local activities. All in all, was a great experience. Thank you Juan!

Two Seniors Had a Wonderful Nine-Night Stay at This Property!

This ground-floor apartment (no steps!) was clean, comfortable, quiet, and centrally located to all restaurants and cafes in El Palo and nearby Pedragalejo. The beach and promenade were right in front of us. Amazing seafood was just steps away in either direction. Extremely helpful management was always nearby and available. As frequent visitors to Malaga, our thanks to Juan, Carlos, Jose and Lola for making this our most memorable vacation in the Malaga area.

Had a fabulous time in Malaga. The location was perfect and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. Great beach, wonderful restaurants close by. We enjoyed getting local produce and other supplies at the numerous shops close to the home. Very comfortable and clean and quiet!

De lo mejor en el Palo.

Me ha gustado todo, el apartamento de lujo, camas supercómodas, todos los detalles por parte del propietario para garantizar unas fantásticas vacaciones, muy limpio, primerísima línea de playa y rodeado de restaurantes en los que se come muy bien a unos precios muy razonables. Juan el anfitrión es un encanto de persona, tuvimos que hacer una gestión desde Madrid y el se ocupó de la recepción sin ningún tipo de problema. A parte de estar siempre disponible por lo que pueda surgir. 17 días de vacaciones hemos pasado en la casa de tía Antonia y espero volver a repetir. Alojamiento 100% recomendable. Muchísimas gracias.

Perfect apartment!

We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor. It was very clean and had everything you need for a self-catering apartment. We stayed there for two weeks. It was a home away from home to us. We loved to sit on the terrace which was in the shade all day and watch the world pass by. The beach is right on your door step. We loved El Palo. It is still very spanish with loads of (fish)restaurants. If you’re looking for a vibrant nightlife with load music and bars and loads of international tourists, this is not the place to be but if you’re looking for a bit of Spanish authenticy you should definitly come here and stay in this apartment. The welcome and communication with the owners was very good. I can certainly recommend this apartment. If you plan to rent a car make sure that you also rent a private parking space as it is very hard to find one (at least when we were there).

Das Apartment ist modern mit vollständig eingerichteter Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und in einem perfekten Zustand.Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den 20 m entfernten Strand,Palmen und Meer. Das ist ein idealer Ort,abseits vom Massentourismus, sich zu erholen. Ich komme immer wieder und danke den Eigentümernfür ihre freundliche Unterstützung. nos vemos.

Hervorragende eingerichtete FeWo in einer noch ursprünglichen Lage, ruhig

Juan ist ein absolut hervorragender Gastgeber, der einen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht - KOMPLIMENT! Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer noch ursprünglichen Gegend von Malaga. Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine genialen Blick auf das Meer, dem auf der Promenade flanierenden Publikum und die Wellensittichschwärme. Man überquert nur die wenig befahrene (Einbahn-) Strasse, die Promenade und schon ist man am Strand. Fischrestaurants gibt's links-wie rechtsseitig - und alle super lecker! Das Fischrestaurant von nebenan, brachte mir das Essen sogar auf die Terrasse. Zusammengefasst: Was will man mehr! DANKE JUAN!!

Great stay!

In september we stayed two weeks at this great little place. The Location of this apartment is fantastic, closer to the beach isn't possible. Quite a few Restaurants around and they all serve great fish. Very recommended for a Relaxing Holiday. The Hosts are superb, very nice and helpful. We will be coming back!
