Vacation apartment with terrace and lake view, 2 double bedrooms and double sofa bed in the living area, in a well-kept complex with large pool in the mountains above Malcesine on northern Lake Garda. The Garden Residence complex is beautifully situated on the mountain and offers an enchanting view of Lake Garda, the surrounding mountains and villages at any time of the year. The complex is located about 2 km above the town center, on the mountain.

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a private terrace overlooking the lake, beautiful living and dining room with high quality furniture and marble floor and pellet stove for the cooler season. The kitchen is just off the living room and is fully equipped with dishwasher and cooking utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, each with closet, double bed and windows and a bathroom.

Great panoramic pool with deck chairs, tables and chairs, small playground in the complex.

To get to the village it is recommended to have a car. Hikes to Monte Baldo can be made directly from the complex.

A lovely apartment set in the mountains of Malcesine. Stunning views. All equipment provided, comfortable. Not sure if there is air conditioning. We couldn’t find it, but that could have been me. Hussein and wife were lovely and we felt very looked after. A good job we read the reviews, due to the location you will need a car to get out and about

Toller Blick aber leider wenig Comfort

Wir sind in einer 6er Gruppe angereist. Obwohl die Lage großartig war und wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen haben, gab es einige Probleme mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war wenn nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Strom ist beim Kochen permanent ausgefallen und es gab nur 2 Töpfe, die für den Induktionsherd geeignet waren, daher war es uns nicht möglich für 6 Personen zu kochen und wir mussten stets Essen gehen. Die Kaffeemaschinen hat leider ebenso nicht funktioniert. Der Pool war leider auch nicht eingelassen, obwohl wir aufgrund der zahlreichen Bilder fest damit gerechnet hatten. All in all können wir leider nur maximal 3 Sterne geben.

Große Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Akzeptable Ausstattung, nicht sehr sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Schönes Apartment mit super Blick auf den Gardasee

Das Apartment 1 hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne den phantastischen Blick auf den See genossen haben. Leider hat die Lage hoch auf dem Berg auch einen kleinen Nachteil, dass wir weder zu Fuß gehen noch mit den Rädern in den Ort fahren konnten. Man kann eben nicht alles haben! Eine Pelletheizung für kühle Tage war auch vorhanden. Ausstattung alles super. Wir haben noch nie so einen zuvorkommenden, hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Hausmeister in früheren Urlauben gehabt, wie hier Herr Hussein. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an ihn!!
