Only 300 meters from the beach, in an absolutely quiet and elevated position under an olive grove at the foot of Monte Baldo is this 120m² apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, large living and dining room and 40m² covered summer terrace! A great place to enjoy the Italian flair with the whole family or with friends and to really relax! In addition to a beautiful beach, Cassone also offers kite and surf schools, tennis courts, a soccer pitch, a mini market, various restaurants and bars, a museum and the shortest river in Italy, the "Aril". You can also go on great excursions to Monte Baldo from Cassone! The shuttle bus takes you easily to the other parts of Malcesine, the bus stop is 250 m from the accommodation.The apartment offers 2 beautiful rooms with double bed and lake view, 1 large twin room with 2 single beds and lake view and 1 further single room with French bed. This room has access to the terrace. The terrace is the heart of the apartment and the perfect place for convivial evenings and delicious meals with the whole family or friends. A BBQ is available for guests to use. The large living and dining area inside also offers a beautiful lake view and access to the balcony that surrounds the apartment on the lake side. Super Aufenthalt

Wie waren zu 6 und hatten alle locker Platz in dem Appartement. Schöner Balkon und überdachte Terrasse. Küche ist schön und geräumig. Leider ist der Standort nicht ganz optimal. Weg zum Supermarkt war etwas weiter und nach Malcesine war es zu Fuß zu weit. Mit dem Bus kein Problem aber Achtung, dieser fährt unter der Woche nur vormittags. Restaurant Aril ist zu empfehlen und auch die Kuta Bar. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Anfahrt lief super, ist aber sehr steil die Zufahrt. Könnte mit Schaltganggetriebe etwas anstrengend sein. Gerne buchen wir das Appartement wieder!

Lage und Aufteilung der Wohnung sind hervorragend, der Weg zum See nicht weit und Cassone weit weniger überlaufen als Malcesine. Die Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sind ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Allerdings mussten wir beim Einzug einiges reparieren: wackelnde Toilettendeckel, eines der zwei Bäder wegen beschädigter Türklinke erstmal nicht zugänglich. Zum Glück hatten wir versierte Handwerker dabei. Vielleicht sollte man diese Dinge regelmäßig checken. Auch etwas mehr Besteck wäre hilfreich. Davon abgesehen bietet die Wohnung alles, was zum Wohlfühlen nötig ist.

Erholung Pur - Traumwohnung - ruhig und toll ins Dorf eingebunden - Traumblick auf den See

Wir haben unsere Tage sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist groß und perfekt geschnitten, die Küche ist fantastisch eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts. Zwei sehr große Esstische reichen für die ganze Familie, wir waren 8 Personen. Ein Traum ist auch der Tisch auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Olivenhain. Wir haben gegrillt und wunderbare Abende verbracht. Die Kinder konnten toll im Garten spielen. Auch die Bewohner der unteren Wohnung waren sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit!!! Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden, zwei Autos können perfekt im Innenbereich abgestellt werden. Unser Fazit - ein Traum und unbedingt zu empfehlen.
