Schöner Urlaub

Der Bungalows ist klein aber fein. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Für einen Urlaub mit Hunden ist es ideal. Sehr schöne Gegend und bei schönen Wetter ist der Pool ein großes Plus.

Erlebnis

Leider gab es eine Überbuchung für das Objekt. Dies hat uns organisatorisch den ersten Urlaubstag gekostet. Desweiteren war nicht ersichtlich, das wir uns das Objekt mit anderen teilen werden. Auch dies war auf Grund der Tatsache dass wir einen Hund Dabei hatten und die andere Familie auch, sehr umständlich.

Beim ersten Anblick machte das Objekt einen schönen Eindruck, viel Dekoration. Beim zweiten Blick ergaben sich folgende Beanstandungen: Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht (deshalb wohl der beigestellte Eimer zum Nachspülen), im Bad gab es keinen Vorhang oder Rollo (freier Blick der Nachbarn ins Badezimmer), die Hölzer im Bad an der Decke waren verschimmelt, beim Fernseher musste täglich der Sendesuchlauf gestartet werden, um einen Sender zu empfangen, Spinnweben und Schmutz in der ganzen Wohnung, die Fensterbank im Wohnzimmer war mit Wachsresten verschmiert, die Gartenmöbel waren teilweise beschädigt, die Auflagen der Liegen waren verschmutzt und möglicherweise von Mäusen angeknabbert, der Gartengrill war noch benutzt vom Vorgänger und nicht gereinigt. der Wäscheständer war verrostet. Bei unserer Ankunft lag ein Zettel auf dem Tisch, der besagte, dass wir den Zählerstand nach Beendigung der Buchung selbst ablesen sollten und die Kosten für den Stromverbrauch in bar auf dem Tisch hinterlegen sollten. Außerdem lag eine Rechnung für Kurtaxe bei, auch diesen Betrag sollten wir in bar hinterlegen. Beide Kostenarten waren vertraglich nicht vereinbart und somit unserer Meinung nicht geschuldet. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass der Vermieter sich wenigstens einmal hätte blicken lassen und sich nach uns und unserem Befinden erkundigt hätte. Wir finden diese unpersönliche Umgangsform reichlich arrogant.

Unbewohnbar

Leider war dieses Objekt nicht bewohnbar!!! Trotz anscheinender Renovierung vor einem Jahr war der Schimmel an Wänden ,Küche und Wohnraum verdreckt und überall Schmutz , Staub und Fliegen . Einzig die Betten waren frisch bezogen. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich am Anfang wenig beeindruckt ,half dann aber bei der Suche nach einer neuen Unterkunft. Auch die anschliesende Rückerstattung der schon bezahlten Kosten lief ohne Komplikationen und das Geld war bereits nach 5 Tage auf dem Konto. Die Vermieter hatten sich wohl auf die Reinigungsfirma verlassen ohne diese auch zu kontrollieren. Pech !
