Located in Agia Pelagia, "Villa Melenia 1" enjoys an excellent location close to the beach. This ground-floor home is part of a two-story building, with "Villa Melenia 2" above it. Each villa has a separate entrance and is set on a 1,500 m² plot. The house features a living room with two sofa beds (one single, one double), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



The property offers two private balconies and access to an outdoor area with a gazebo, pool, and barbecue facilities. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a homemade meal for your loved ones.
