There’re you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. It has two full-equipment kitchens with anything you might need. Also we provide an additional catering and private chief service (price and availability on request).

On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large living room with a dining table, sofa, TV and a fireplace. Huge sliding windows allow you to combine the living room with the pool area, resulting in a truly huge space that allows you to hold unforgettable parties against the backdrop of the Heraklion bay, admiring the lights of the night city on the other side of the bay in the evening, for those who like to get up early or suffer from jet lag, enjoy sunrise straight from the sea)

This villa has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12 people. In the first master bedroom, you will find a king-size bed and it’s own bathroom with bathtub and access to the mini office. Master bedroom 1 has big balcony and breathtaking sea view.
In the second master bedroom, there is also king-size bed, own bathroom with shower and big balcony. The highlight of this bedroom is luxury floor-standing bathtub next to curved wall made of glass with incredible sea view.
The third bedroom contains a double bed, gorgeous sea view and balcony.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and private bathroom with shower and has a garden view.
The fifth bedroom contains a king-size bed, has private bathroom with shower and private kitchen. Bedroom located on underground level in the bunker ( no windows of course).
There’re two an additional bathrooms with shower at the top and ground floor.
The sixth master bedroom is also on the 1st floor and it’s connected with the master bedroom one. There is an inside door but a main door also.

There’re you can also find a private gym and laundry room with washing and drying machines. Small trick: throw the clothes to be washed into a special laundry chute and it’ll be landing straight to the laundry basket at underground laundry.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. The family-friendly villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
