Welcome to Villa Sea Soul, a four-level sanctuary where comfort,
elegance, and sweeping 180-degree views of the Cretan Sea come together
in the best possible way. Tucked away in a calm corner near Agia
Pelagia, this 300 m² villa is made for guests who want privacy and
serenity without giving up the warmth and charm of Mediterranean
living.

The layout unfolds naturally across four spacious levels. Sunlight
fills the living areas, the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals,
and the bedrooms feel peaceful and welcoming at any time of day. The
whole house blends modern convenience with a relaxed, homey atmosphere
that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy time together.

Outside, the villa becomes its own little paradise. The lush garden
leads to a large swimming pool measuring 10.5 by 5.5 metres, with a
depth ranging from half a metre to 1.8 metres. From here, the sea
stretches endlessly ahead of you. There are eight comfortable loungers,
four umbrellas, and a shaded pergola for those slow summer mornings.
Evenings are perfect for barbecuing and dining outdoors while the sky
shifts into the most beautiful sunset colours.

For those who like to stay active, the property also features a private
tennis court where you can enjoy a match or shoot some hoops thanks to
the built-in basketball setup. There is also a ping pong table, making
it easy to add a bit of fun and friendly competition to your stay.

Agia Pelagia beach is just 2.5 kilometres away, and Heraklion is a
short 24-kilometre drive, giving you quick access to restaurants,
cafés, and local attractions. At the same time, the villa stays
pleasantly secluded, offering calm and privacy whenever you need it.

The villa itself is very large and has a great layout inside as well. All five rooms were clean and well furnished, and the kitchen/lounge area is especially nicely decorated with a good size tv. We particularly enjoyed the two balconies and the ability to close the shutters leading to them to prevent the light getting in at night, a very nice feature to have.The outdoors area also has lots to do, with a huge pool and several places for admiring the brilliant view from the top of the hill. With how high up the villa is, this is definitely one of the best things about staying here, the views from all directions are fantastic and some of the best we saw in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here, great value for money with the size and quality of the property. The only thing we would change it is that on a lot of map apps, the villa does not show up which can make it difficult for taxis to find it. This wasn’t too significant an issue because there are places right next to it which can be used to find it, but it was slightly confusing the first time when looking for it.
