A wonderful two storey villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with panoramic sea views, a private freshwater swimming pool and a separate children`s swimming pool.

The complex consists of 4 villas with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea private guarded. Located on a picturesque slope of the Crete island, the elegant and contemporary villas will offer you privacy and a comfortable stay in a cozy bay with a private beach. Each villa has terraces with panoramic views, a pergola with kitchen and grill, a dining area. Private swimming pools with fresh water and heating option.

This villa is built on two different levels. The ground floor has an open space area of 37 sqm with a dining room, living room and a kitchen. Just outside the living room there is the swimming pool of 42 sqm with a sitting area and a dining area. There is also a space with sunbeds and umbrellas offering a magnificent view to the bay.

The lower floor has 3 double bedrooms en suite and 2 twin bedrooms en suite, with all of the bathrooms offering walk in shower. Just outside of this level there is also a second swimming pool for the children of 23 sqm.

The common area of the complex is designed for various events and special family meals on a terrace with picturesque panoramas, which can be attended by up to 50 people. It has a kitchen with a grill, which can be used by the residents themselves, for catering services or by a personal chef.

There is a club car moving around the complex. Tell the staff, and in a few minutes you will be transported to the lower cluster, where a chapel, playground. In the small picturesque complex, there is a platform made of natural stone with steps to the sea, equipped with a bar, a dressing room and a freshwater shower.
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Mononaftis Beach. A gym and laundry facilities are available. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the villa.
