Beautiful, comfortable terraced house. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 160 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 150 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, barbecue, roofed, parking. E-charging station.
