Beautiful, comfortable terraced house. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 160 m from the sea, from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 150 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, barbecue, roofed, parking. E-charging station. Shop 80 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant 150 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Escoles - Sant Esteve" 200 m, railway station "Malgrat de Mar" 240 m.
