There is a parking space on the pavement and there is space for bicycles in the hallway of the house.
This apartment for three people is on the second floor and comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and WC, a living room with an adjoining dining room, a kitchen and a balcony with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with crockery for preparing and serving meals, cutlery for all guests, washing up liquid, a fridge, a stove. The dining room has a table and chairs for all guests.
It is near the sea and the beautiful pine forest with a view of Veli Losinj, the Velebit mountain and the islands Rab and Pag. Sometimes you can see dolphins. Distances are as follows, as the crow flies: sea 130 m, nearest beach 130 m, nudist beach 500 m entfernt, town centre 450 m, sports facilities 350 m, grocery shop 400 m, restaurant 150 m, heavy traffic road 30 m, ambulance 850 m, bus stop 350 m, ferry harbour 850 m, nearest sports airport 10 km, nearest airport 90 km (Rijeka).
Bed linen and towels are provided and the price includes water and electricity, as well as the final cleaning.
