Apartman se nalazi u privatnoj kući na 1.etażi.Terasa je okružena kivijem I vinovom lozom,pogled na vrt I donju terasu,vidi se uvala kao I borova šuma .Ispod terase je vrt sa agrumima I ogromnom palmom.Apartman je zamišljen kao spoj novoga I staroga.Svaku godinu se nešto dodaje,promijeni.Osjećaj da ste u vlastitom domu.Gledamo da ugidimo svima I da odmor provedu kako treba.Oni koji traže totalnu sterilnost molim da nas ne zovu.Čistimo I održavamo,ali pokoji list,prašinu ili nešto slično sa obzirom da smo u prirodi,te nam morski zrak I sol dolazi do kuće,vjetar donesi lišće I iglice I sl.Koliko se trudili uvijek nešto.ostane,a zbog toga nas ne trebate ocjenjivati lošije.Ljubitelje prirode,prirodnog ,ne umjetnog ,koji uživaju u buđenju sa pjesmom ptica ,šumom valova i kojima ne smetaju mace I psi više su nego dobrodošli.Atmosfera je leżerna,prijateljska,tu smo da vam ugodimo, popijemo kavu uz čašicu razgovora.
