Wunderschöne Unterkunft in toller Lage mit sehr netter Vermieterfamilie.

Das Appartementhaus liegt in Porat, im letzten und ruhigsten Ortsteil von Malinska. In 2. Reihe am sehr schönen und ruhigen Hafen. Rechts neben dem Hafen beginnt der schöne und seeeeehr lange Strandabschnitt mit vielen Badeplateaus und Möglichkeiten in wunderschönen Kiesbuchten ins Wasser zu gehen. Am Ende des Strandes gibt es eine Beachbar. Es sind 2 Restaurants am Hafen vorhanden und eine kleine Bäckerei in einer Seitenstraße. Das Appartementhaus mit Nebenhaus wird von der Besitzerin persönlich geführt, gereinigt, vorbereitet und betreut. Sie wohnt mit ihrer Familie auch vor Ort. Absolut ein Ort für Ruhesuchende ! Keine Partyzone ! Die Ausstattung des Appartements (wir hatten das oberste) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage im Wohn/Ess-Bereich (als Bild getarnt :-) und jeweils in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Großer Esstisch, großer Fernseher, große Couch, schöne große Küche mit Ofen und Geschirrspüler. Speisekammer vorhanden. Große Glasfront zum großen Balkon - mit herrlichem Gesamtblick auf den Hafen. Sitzgarnitur für 5 Personen auf dem Balkon + stabiler Wäscheständer. Waschmaschine in einem Badezimmer. Fußgehzeit zum Strand ca 5 Minuten. Der offizielle Porat-Beach ist etwas weiter und auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Urlaub im Juni sehr genossen und auf jeden Fall ein Ziel für weitere Aufenthalte gefunden. Unsere persönliche Erwartung wurde noch übertroffen. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

A legcsodálatosabb hely a pihenni, kikapcsolódni vágyóknak. Az apartman valóban 5* minden szempontból. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Biztosan visszajövünk még :)

Die Vermieterin Helena ist sehr sehr nett, spricht gut Englisch und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt und 2 Restaurants. Weitere Geschäfte , wenn alles schließt Ende September, gibt es in 3-4 km Entfernung in Malinska. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist und das Meer ist super. Früh ist Sonne auf dem kleinen Balkon. Zum Frühstücken ist die kleine Lounge-Garnitur etwas unbequem für ältere Leute. Man kann gut schwimmen gehen gleich um die Ecke und auch schön wandern oder spazieren gehen. Es ist ein ruhiger Hafenort. Es hat uns rundherum sehr gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage ist auch Top! Die Dusche ebenfalls.
