Malinska, 100 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
