Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 10 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.
1st floor: Bedroom 10 sqm and with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.

Malinska. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
