The villa has 320m2, private swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a billiards room, darts, a large dining table, a cozy sofa, TV and multimedia. Luxury Villa Loma 2 is newly built, designed and furnished to a high standard, providing you with an environment where you can relax with the sound of birds and escape from everyday life. The villa has a private entrance, a garden and an outdoor swimming pool. In the basement there is a sauna for 5 people, a shower and a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a games room with a large TV, a billiard table and a darts. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster. Living room with air conditioning, Sat TV, DVD and radio player, dining room, terrace. The villa has four bedrooms. The first floor contains three bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor.
Dimensions of the private pool are 9x5m, with a 2m shallow surface for children. There is also a covered terrace where you can enjoy your evenings and observe the moonlight reflection in the pool.
There are numerous beaches along the villa as well as the center of Malinska with beautiful walking paths along the sea.
