Private: property 150 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (17 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, hot tub. In the house: internet access, roof terrace, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bakery 200 m, café 250 m, pedestrian zone 350 m, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 500 m, public bathing area 600 m. Marina 400 m. Nearby attractions: Frankopanski kaštel 14 km, Biserujka cave 13 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 15 km from the property. Hot tub is situated on the roof terrace (18m2).
