Beautifully renovated farmhouse, wonderful sense of space, good amenities in the kitchen, beds extremely comfortable, all bathrooms very good especially in the master suite (huge room) .Hot tub very good and easy to use. Couldn’t get blue tooth speakers to work, but did not affect the enjoyment. Also no steel grills in the grill pans, so we had to improvise to grill bacon/sausages etc. instructions about recycling GLASS should be made clearer, lots of bottles in the mixed recycling when we arrived. Also no clear instructions what to do with food scraps ( no separate caddy to recycle waste food ? ) Would definitely stay again if we had an event in the area, very easy to get to Aldi and Waitrose in Malmesbury for all essentials . Good responsive contact with hosts, easy self-check-in and check out

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group. Fantastic garden and hot tub, great beds, fluffy towels, super hot tub. Quiet rural location with nice views and some great walks to Malmesbury and further (nice pubs!). Our group aged 8-54 and a dog absolutely loved it.

Gorgeous country cottage.

We had a lovely few days at this property with the family, celebrating a ‘big’ birthday.The layout of the property was perfect for everyone - the garden was absolutely ideal for the dogs, with lovely views, oh, and the hot tub was just the finishing touch. Had a few issues, unable to find EV car charger details, missing from the information book, a few broken things and a bit of cleaning in the kitchen - all minor that could be resolved. Communication with the Estates Manager was very good and check in was great. Would have loved to stay longer - for another time.

Fantastic stay!

Would highly recommend this gorgeous farmhouse - the interior as well as the amenities are absolutely fantastic and the outside space is stunning. The hosts are very accommodating and excellent with communicating / addressing any questions I had.

We stayed with 3 families with 7 kids and Grandma over Easter. The place was fantastic with a number of really helpful amenities such as towels and robes, shampoo and shower gel, dishwasher tablets, sugar, coffee pods etc… Communications were great, and the hosts were evening responding when we had a slight issue on Saturday evening. We would definitely recommend and are hopefully going to book again for our next family gathering sometime.

Gorgeous, spacious country cottage

We loved our stay here. This is a spacious country cottage in the Cotswolds, 10 minutes away from Tetbury, which is perfect for a big weekend away. 14 of us stayed in this beautiful property and we had a brilliant time - the layout is perfect for entertaining a large group. It’s modern, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was the perfect finishing touch. I’d highly recommend this for a big gathering - the location is brilliant and the property is even better.

Firth Family Comments

We thought that the master bedroom should have been provided with a TV and a couch or a couple of arm chairs. We absolutely loved the property layout & the space it afforded the whole family. The hot tub was really a relaxing bonus and was welcomed by the whole family. Finally we were very pleasantly surprised that tea and coffee were provided and really loved the surprise tub of chocolates which my children & grand children loved. Did not get a look-in. Will hope to be back in 2025.
