Good service but otherwise a middle of the road hotel. Good location and walkable to key tourist attractions one might want to visit. The hotel has a problem with the sewage system that they need to get fixed quickly. It was horrible in our first room and still occasionally intrusive in the second room we were moved to.

Stayed two nights and changed rooms after we had a terrible sleep on a very uncomfortable bed. The second room and bed was perfect, staff very helpful. However a room with a bed like that should not be offered! Fabulous breakfast.

Stayed many nights, cleanliness with room and cutlery is zero. If u want bedsheets cleaned, u have to remove the bedsheets yourself, the cleaners cannot use common sense in doing their job. Unclean cups, bags on floor are not removed.

Lovely quaint hotel. Quiet. Room not big but enough space and fully equipped (mini fridge, fan, shoe horn, bath robe, confortable beds,shampoo and rince). Very nice staff, professional, helpful. Early check-in with extra 100 krona. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, central station, parks. Excellent breakfast, except the espresso machine did not work. Would definitely go back there.

Excellent stay

The hotel was very clean and super quiet. Breakfast was excellent! The selection and quality of the food was outstanding. Loved seeing locally sourced food. Hotel bikes were a huge bonus. Front desk staff were lovely, accommodating, and knowledgeable, especially Frida. We were so happy that our one night stay turned into THREE! The hotel is also conveniently located near Lilla Trog

This was such an amazing hotel. The little details made this trip incredible. From the stuffed animals in the bedroom, the breakfast, and the great sauna experience. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. What really sets this hotel apart is their breakfast buffet! So many delicious options-breads, meat, cheeses, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee bar, and so much more, They really go all out on this. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
