Perfect place in Malmö

This hotel is amazing Im giving it full stars because its such a fantastic place and you get a lot for your money. The building is beautiful with a beautiful backyard, topnotch service in the lobby and in the bistro serving breakfast. The breakfast was great. The location is simply the best location in Malmö in my view. Please fix the internet connection and the showerhead and the elevator to the gym and laundry room is kind of scary you should make it more available via the staircase.

Hotel overall was good but on arrival was advised that we needed to have a different room. On seeing the room it was clearly not the same type we had booked, fewer sleeping spaces. When challenging this we were advised that we were downgraded so different. No mention of this on check in and no mention of adjusting the amount we had already cleared. Given a new room but would not confirm it was what we had booked and told to get the missing bed linens from the laundry room.

Gorgeous stay

We had a lovely stay here. It was a short walk away from everything. The room itself was amazing and the sofa bed was made up on our arrival. The room was bright and large, with a kitchenette. The beds were both so comfortable, had a lovely sleep! The staff were all pleasant and attentive. Breakfast was included with our stay and there was a wide range of items to choose from. Only downside was the lift was small, we wouldn’t have used it at all but we had the pram with us. Just something to be aware of if travelling with lots of luggage etc. we had a brilliant stay and will certainly book again if visiting Malmo :)

Nice hotel

A quick stover hotel for us. We were surprised how good this hotel was for what we paid. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We were provided any instructions to check in when we arrived late during the festival periods. However the after hour staff Provided support as needed.
