The attic apartment in the famous fishing village Malpica de Bergantiños is located in a street that leads to the beach of Praia Maior (about 250 m). The attic apartment is located in the 4th. Floor of an apartment building. Access to the house and the apartment is wheelchair accessible. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with a slight sloping roof and skylights on the sun-facing side. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers. The small bedroom has two foldable standard beds, which can be put together to save space. In addition, the room can be used as a study. It has a desk, office armchairs and a bookshelf. The loft also has a large bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath and shower and a small bathroom with sink. The large living room is connected throughout with the dining room and the kitchen. Unos impresentables o una desafortunada o mala gestión. Reservo, me confirman el apartamento y tres días después me cancelan la reserva con un correo en perfecto alemán. Lo traduzco y no me dan ni una mísera explicación de por qué lo han anulado, sólo lo siguiente: "Lamentablemente, tu anfitrión canceló la reserva que hiciste en Expedia . Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre su cancelación, comuníquese con el anfitrión o con el Servicio de atención al cliente de HomeAway." Afortunadamente todavía no había pagado nada y, ante tal informalidad, ni pregunté, busqué un apartamento en otra zona para las mismas fechas en el que sí han sido formales. Por cierto, no me gustó nada Malpica, es un poco estilo Benidorm, edificios altos y mucha gente. Pasé por curiosidad y me alegré de que la informalidad de los "anfitriones" me hubiese llevado a otra parte.
