The cottage is situated in an historic area with the following places of interest all within easy driving distance - Castle Howard, Nunnington Hall, city of York, North Yorkshire Moors Railway to ’Heartbeat’ country departing from Pickering and the seaside resorts on the Yorkshire Coast.
