Le Clos Angèle is a large family home, tastefully renovated into a gîte, located in a quiet countryside setting, 30 km from Nantes and 45 km from La Baule.
Private parking for 10 vehicles (parking and disabled access).
A vast enclosed outdoor space of 5,000 m² is distributed to the southeast with a terrace overlooking the garden, a pétanque court, and a private tennis court, and to the northwest with a relaxation area with a 5-seater spa overlooking the other part of the garden.
A games room with table football, ping-pong, darts, and shuffleboard is located in an adjoining barn.
6 bedrooms + 1 dormitory, 6 shower rooms and 5 toilets
Ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): fitted kitchen, living room (36 m²) with fireplace/insert, large living room with bar (45 m²) (accessible via 2 steps and a lift for people with reduced mobility), 4 bedrooms*, 1 shower room/toilet for people with reduced mobility, and a separate toilet. *Ground floor room details:
- 2 adjoining bedrooms sharing a bathroom/toilet (1: 1 queen-size bed, 2: 2 single beds)
- 1 accessible room (2 twin single beds)
- 1 bedroom with private bathroom (140x190 bed)
Upstairs: 2 mezzanines with a relaxation area (additional TV and piano), 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed and private bathroom, 1 dormitory (2 single beds + 2 single beds and 1 single bed on the attic mezzanine), 1 bathroom/toilet and separate toilet.
Option of 2 additional rollaway beds (90x190).
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, baby cot/high chair, bean-to-cup coffee machine and large-capacity filter coffee machine, 5-burner induction cooktop and large oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment and ice cube tray, and an indoor electric griddle in an old fireplace.
