Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Hair in the bed. Otherwise very clean. Property misrepresented as having AC. We contacted the manager inquiring about the AC. Instead of owning up to the mistake in the listing, the management company removed it from the listing and tried to tell us that it was never advertised with AC. Fortunately, we took screenshots of the listing before they edited it. After we caught them in the lie, they ghosted us.
