Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes getaway! This bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome offers 1,300 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, a private garage, and a prime location in the heart of town. Conveniently situated on the Red Line Shuttle near The Stove Restaurant and Vons, you'll have easy access to skiing, shopping, dining, and everything Mammoth has to offer.

The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a large sectional, and a 50" Smart TV with cable, DVD, VCR, and stereo/CD player. A wood-burning stove adds cozy mountain charm, and the adjacent dining area provides seating for the whole group. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

This two-level townhome is thoughtfully designed for groups. The first floor includes two bedrooms and one full bathroom—one bedroom with a king bed and the other with a queen bed plus a bunk bed. The second floor features the main living spaces, another full bathroom, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and its own TV. Each bedroom is spacious and furnished with comfortable mattresses and plenty of blankets to keep you warm.

Great ski vacation stay

This was an affordable landing pad for a ski vacation with my adults sons. The place worked well, just a little dated. The vintage pictures and decor are awesome!

Big ski vibes

We loved this place. Great layout for our 6 adults, lots of space for us our stuff and even lots of parking! Also great location, able to walk to the grocery store and right next to the shuttle. We would definitely book again.

Great Condo!

We really loved this condo and would rent it again. It was clean and well equipped. We loved the little extras, like extra trash bags, dish towels, soaps etc. We also loved that it was just a short walk to our favorite breakfast spot, The Stove.

Everything was great

The cabin was close to the grocery store and other shops. It was perfect for us fishermen. The only problem, that turned out not to be a problem because we had a couple people bail out on us, was that the listing said 3 parking spots but turned out to be only 2. It was the reason we chose this property, but turned out we didn’t need it. So everything was great.

Great Mammoth Condo

We have stayed near the village for the last few years but this time we decided to go "old school Mammoth" and stay in the older part of Mammoth. We couldn't be happier, the place was perfect and found a bunch of different restaurants. Me and a buddy took our college kids up before they headed back to school and found the place perfect. The beds were comfortable, parking was great, jacuzzi was awesome and overall fantastic. I think the best part was the location, we could walk to restaurants and the shuttle to main was right there. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Great stay!

Fantastic property! Kinda funky but in a cool sorta retro way with the old ski pics and kitsch. Super clean, newer furniture and kitchen appliances, well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. and very comfortable beds. Water pressure in the shower was in incredible only wish it was that good at my house. No AC and it was really hot in Mammoth but that's typical for the area and opening the windows cooled the place down quickly. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Amazing Get Away!

My family and I headed up to the Road to Mammoth motocross races this summer and this location was prime. It was just a few minutes from the track, we could walk to the grocery store, and other shops and restaurants. The garage came in handy when storing dirt bikes, fishing poles, and rafts for floating. The beds were comfy and kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The condo was perfect for 2 families of 4. We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!

Great Place!

Great location. Next to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and my favorite brewery in Mammoth. Shuttle was just a two minute walk from our front door. I would highly recommend this place!

Best place to be snowed in

A great place to stay for our family of four! Although we were basically snowed in for the whole experience, this condo provides plenty of warmth, comfort, and amenities to keep our family entertained. Very convenient location to nearby marketplaces and plenty of parking. Bedding was also comfortable, and we appreciated the kitchen supplies that allowed us to cook and bake during our stay.

Comfortable condo met our needs 100%

Very nice, clean condo was great for us. Beds were very comfortable, (although we did not use the bunk beds), even for my wife who has had several back surgeries. Well supplied kitchen. Living room comfortable even when a number of friends visited. Lots of closet/drawer space, especially for the 2 downstairs bedrooms. Excellent location near several restaurants. The Brasserie, 1 block away, is absolutely first class, from food to service. Other options are a brewery (try the pork sandwich) and a small Mexican restaurant. Short drive to dozens of other places to eat. Grocery store 1 block away. A bonus: a fantastic walking path. Go 1-1/2 blocks to end of street, turn right onto paved path which leads to excellent views of the mountains and flowers. We walked every day! Check in was: open lock box and get key. Very easy. Even provided 2nd key! Would definitely stay here again.
