• Parking: Parking is available for up to two vehicles. One assigned garage space (#52) is included. A permit for one additional vehicle may be obtained from the Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club office during business hours. If arriving after office hours, you may park overnight and obtain the pass the following morning.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this condo.

• Winter Driving: AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months, and chain restrictions may be in effect during storms.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis courts, BBQ areas, recreation room, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk to Canyon lodge. Combine with a locker rental there so you don’t have to track a small hill with skis. Spacious bedrooms, clean appartement. Perfect for our party of 4.

We loved our stay at this Mammoth condo! It was super clean when we got there — honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. The layout worked great for our family, with plenty of space to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes. It had everything we needed, which made the trip really easy.The location is awesome — just a quick walk to Canyon Lodge and really close to the Blue Line bus stop. Just down the hill, but could be slippery if icy.The host was amazing — super friendly, quick to respond, and really helpful the whole time. Appreciated the welcome texts when we got settled to make sure we were comfortable. You can tell they cared about making sure we had a great stay.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mammoth!

Mouse infestation

Infested with mice . The management company is the absolute worst . Google Hantavirus Mammoth Lakes.Had to eat out every meal . Probably spent 1000 in two weeks on that. Also I was paying for a kitchen I couldn’t use .They offered me a refund of 25/ night, or full refund but I had to vacate.Would not compensate me for having to book last minute during Bluesapalooza.

Condo was really cute and host responded super quick any time I had questions or issues with needing more towels, trash bags etc. Parking is super tight in parking garage. Had to park an extra vehicle/ truck outside and was first come first serve. Bear got into our ice chest we left in the truck first night! Make sure you put stuff away from bears! Would stay there again!
