Condo 2BR+Loft/2.5BA - Ski Back/Pickleball Court

Welcome to your mountain retreat with an ideal location that is just less than a half mile from Canyon Lodge and a mile from The Village. This condo has a cabin feel, perfect for six to eight people, depending on your sleeping preferences. The space is cozy, with two bedrooms plus a loft, and two and a half bathrooms. Whether it's skiing or boarding, hiking and biking, or sledding and shopping, enjoy the perfect spot to soak up all Mammoth Mountain has to offer.
The space
This two story home features wooden vaulted ceilings and large forest facing windows to take in the scenery. The fully appointed kitchen has stainless steal appliances and any utensils needed for cooking and baking during your stay. The dining room flows into the living room, with a beautiful brick fire place in the center of the home. Take a seat on the balcony or the deep cushioned couch and soak up that cabin feel after a long day of skiing, boarding, fishing, hiking, and/or biking!

Sleeping/Room Arrangements: The master bedroom, which is on the main floor, has a king size bed, television, and full bathroom. Upstairs holds the second full bath, shared by the private room and loft. The private room has a queen size bed, while the loft has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and television. There is also a very deep and large L shaped couch downstairs, perfect for two to sleep on. Oh! And can't forget to mention the CordaRoy (as seen on Shark Tank) bean bag chair that converts to a full size mattress. That thing is surprisingly comfortable!

Complex: This condo is located in the Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club, which is within walking distance to Canyon Lodge and steps away from the free winter shuttle service. The unit sits on the third floor from the indoor garage. **There is no elevator. You must walk to the third story** Not to worry though, drop off your equipment in the two lockers, for your use only, located just above the parking garage. You are allowed two cars during your stay; one indoor parking spot, and a second first come first serve outdoor parking spot. During your stay, you will have free range of the shared jacuzzis, sauna, summer pool and BBQ's. Into playing games? There is a basketball court and a tennis/pickle ball court open during summer, and a year round community game room with a pool table and arcade games. Check in is easy and effortless with our keyless entry system.

Attractions: Location, location, location! My favorite part about this condo is the location relative to Canyon Lodge. Enjoying the slopes is a ten minute walk away. At Canyon Lodge you will find multiple chairlifts of different difficulties, ski school, indoor and outdoor dining and bars, shops, rentals, free winter shuttles, and the Village Gondola. No need to take the gondola to the village though, its only a twenty minute walk away from the front door.

Things To Note:
-There are NO elevators. Climbing to the third floor is a must.
-Check in 4:00PM. Check out 10:00AM
-NO PETS. Our kids have severe allergies.
-One 6'9'' indoor parking spot; second spot first come first serve outside parking. Two vehicle maximum.
-Soaps, paper products and towels are provided.
-Coin laundry machines are shared and available on the second level at the end of the hall (quarters only). $2.50 to wash and dry one load.

***Heartfelt Connection To Mammoth*** Our family has been coming up to Mammoth Mountain for about thirty years. We absolutely love the slopes, the town, and the culture of Mammoth Lakes, but the true nostalgia lies with those same cabins we have rented over and over every year. Those cabins where we made memories with our family and friends. In the summer of 2020 we decided to purchase a home, and started creating new memories in a whole new cabin. We look forward to hosting you, and hope you and your family and friends can begin to make memories here, and revisit our condo year after year.
