Relax and enjoy our one bedroom plus private loft condo with two full bathrooms - the perfect year round getaway. This 1,044 sq ft fully updated condo offers high vaulted ceilings and dual sliding doors that allow great natural light and breathtaking views!

Features include:
One-car garage (plus additional parking), Pellet fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a bbq and 3 flat screen tv's with cable and streaming services. The condo has wifi throughout the unit, and a covered garage. It also has a washer/dryer in the unit.

Please note, our unit is on the third floor (no one above you) so stairs are required.

Great Place

We travel to Mammoth yearly during ski season, but this was our first time to this property. We were very delighted with the property. It was exactly as described. Very clean, very comfortable and very nice decor.

This property is exactly as described. Check-In instructions were very clear and all areas had info sheets on how to work various home items. The condo was very well kept and has everything you need for a trip, short or long.

Parking outside is first come first serve. We had a hard time finding parking at night after exploring town. Shared garage with other tenants. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Also, location is on the third floor.
