The Space:

This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is designed for simple comfort and convenience. The living area invites you to unwind with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and DVD player. A sofa converts to a sleeper for two, and the adjacent dining area opens to a balcony with partial mountain and pine views.

The kitchen features updated appliances and ample counter space for easy meal prep. Pull up a seat at the breakfast bar for casual bites or gather at the dining table for dinner. Down the hall, the bedroom offers a Queen bed and TV, with a full bathroom across the hall shared by all guests.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: One assigned underground space in spot #105. Please use only the assigned space.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Communal amenities: The indoor spa, indoor swimming pool, and two saunas are closed until further notice due to snow-related structural damage. The HOA will determine any repair timeline. The clubhouse with a ping pong table is available when open per HOA hours/availability. BBQ stations are available during summer only.

• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this home. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.

• Resort operations: Lifts, gondolas, and mountain operations are managed by the resort and may change due to weather or operational needs; please check schedules in advance.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• If we’re able to accommodate early check in or late checkout closer to your stay, additional fees may apply. For late checkout, requests must be received by 10:00 AM local time the day prior to departure; availability is not guaranteed.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

The shower/bathtub was unusable for our entire stay due to a blocked drain. Although we were told a plumber would be coming to fix the issue, no one arrived, and we were unable to use the shower for three days.Communication with management felt impersonal and unhelpful, and it was unclear whether any repair was ever actually scheduled. We contacted the management company again after returning home to request a partial refund, but have not received any response.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the lack of a basic amenity and the absence of timely support.

All in all the stay was pleasant. Could have used directions where the unit was relative to the complex. Would have brought a few more kitchen condiments from home but received a message prior to our stay not to bring much of anything as kitchen was well equipped. The unit didn't even have salt. Instructions on how to use tv's would have been nice as previous visitor had left tv settings requiring "trial and error" to get living room tv to work. Couldn't get bedroom tv to play "live" tv. Could have used more bath towels and washcloths for a 4 night stay. And last but not least.....could use a better quality toilet paper as what is there is "scratchy".

Condo is located in an excellent location just steps away from the gondola, bus stop, and Village. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials for making home-cooked meals. Game room and pool/sauna was conveniently located the next building over. The unit had strong WiFi, board games, and Xbox console that kept the family entertained during the evening. Overall, had a great experience and would definitely rebook for my next family trip.

Good Spot Near at the Village

Place was clean and plenty of room for our family of 3. Great wood burning fireplace and patio. Location is fantastic for access to the Village, especially the Village gondola.
