Sleeps 6 comfortably (4 adults max); master bedroom has King bed with king-sized pillow top mattress, cozy down comforter, wireless remote controlled ceiling fan and light combo, a 37-inch flat panel HDTV complete with HD programming/cable box. The master bedroom also contains a beautiful granite and wood vanity & sink combo to help reduce over-crowding at the main bathroom during busy times. There is also a full sized matching dresser with night-stands and a closet with full length mirrored doors.

The Alcove space is perfect for two or three kids or a second couple willing to share a bathroom. There is a wonderful twin over full wooden bunk bed with a secure ladder, a matching dresser with large, deep drawers for even the thickest sweaters and a 32-inch flat panel HDTV complete with DVD player for the kids. The Alcove space has a folding accordion-style door that fully closes for privacy.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled and fitted with custom travertine and slate tiled shower with a beautiful oil-rubbed bronze, full massage wand showerhead. A new vanity/sink and mirror combo, along with a new high-efficiency toilet complete the bathroom and turn it into a relaxing spa-inspired environment designed to help you relax and regenerate your soul.

The Family room has a large comfy sofa-sleeper that converts into a queen sleeper complete with all linens, comfy soft blankets and extra pillows. There is a 46-inch Smart HDTV with HD programming for entertainment allowing you to stream Netflix, Hulu and other pay-accounts in full 1080HD. Complementary high-speed wireless internet access is also available and is included for the duration of your stay.

Large stainless steel sink with built-in garbage disposal and pull out wand faucet, full sized electric stovetop & oven, dishwasher, full sized side-by-side refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispensers. Blender, toaster, grind & brew coffee maker, microwave, full service for 8 including bowls, plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, knife set & utensils. High end cookware and every convenience you would ever need to cook and serve full gourmet style meals.
Extra comfy soft blankets and pillows are abundant for lounging around the condo or when needed on those extra cold Eastern Sierra nights.

**NOTICE ABOUT COLD TEMPERATURES **
Refunds or discounts are not given for cold weather/storms. The mountains are often cold and sometimes very cold. Our condo contains two radiant wall heaters and 1 wood burning stove, the wood burning stove is a primary source of heat and travelers should be prepared to start and maintain a fire with the fuel provided (cut & dried wood). Upon entering our condo for you stay it may be cold, please be aware that the condo can take a full 24 hours to 'heat up' to roughly 65-70 degrees. This time can be significantly shortened by keeping a good fire burning.

The Summit is a nonsmoking condominium complex in its entirety. Smoking is prohibited on any part of the property including all outdoor and garage areas, exclusive use common areas (decks, balconies), and within individual condominiums. “Smoking” includes vaping and e-cigarettes for inhaling tobacco, cannabis or any other substance. Violators will be subject to fines. Report violations to management at 760.914.2162.
