Uncomfortable mattress

Stayed for 3 night at this condo. There are a few things that need a big improvement. 1. The mattress need to be replace. It was hard and the most uncomfortable bed we have ever experienced. 2. Kitchen tools/pots&pans also need to be replace. No cutting board provide in a kitchen. 3. Hot water run out super fast after only one shower. The next person have to wait awhile to get hot water. Other than that, the condo was clean and the check in is very easy.
