Welcome to Hidden Valley! This 1-bedroom condo is in a great location – walking distance to the Village at Mammoth. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, massage, entertainment and the Gondola to Canyon Lodge! You can park your car and walk or take the free town shuttle to anywhere you need to go in town!

This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, HOA amenities including jacuzzis, a sauna, and seasonal pool and BBQ.

About the Space:
This beautifully remodeled, luxury Hidden Valley condo has everything you need for your next vacation. Nestled in the woods, this property provides the true Mammoth experience of a quiet property tucked into the trees.

The open living area has beautiful new hardwood floors throughout, comfortable furniture, including a couch with a pull-out sofa, and a wood burning stove – a great way to wind down after a long day adventuring in Mammoth. The kitchen is nicely updated with solid stone counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen!

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and designated workspace with a desk, chair and lamp. Off the bedroom is an ensuite oversized vanity and closet, connected to the bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower and vanity.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, fire starter, matches, and firewood. Firewood is located on the deck.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Hidden Valley. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and shared coin-op laundry facilities.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

*Please note, the pool will be closed for construction June 2025 for at least 4 weeks.

Please note that this complex is EXTREMELY NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow pets at this property. With regard to service animals, the HOA (not our company) requests visitors fill out forms 48 hours in advance - please reach out to Hidden Valley HOA for further information. Please note these are not restrictions or requests of Mammoth Vacation Rentals, they are specific to this HOA.
** For safety purposes, during the winter months, there is plywood blocking the outdoor patio to protect the sliding glass doors from ice and snow damage.

The place was in a good condition. It had all major appliances and tools for cooking. Had a bit of trouble with the key card and the fire place. Both malfunctioned but got fixed in a short period of time. Central location. Bit on a pricey side.

Cozy spot near village gondola. Enjoyed the hot tub. Make sure you have chains or 4x4 for getting up the hill when leaving the property in the winter!

Nice Hidden Gem

The property is located on an end unit second floor which we liked. The condo is small. Great for a couple. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I would add a pair of scissors. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was great at heating up the entire place. The only issue we had was the bathroom toilet and rugs were not properly cleaned when we arrived. I should also point out I am a clean freak. The property is near town walking distance which is nice. We had a great visit and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for sharing your beautiful hidden gem.
