Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late summer. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov/hq/roadinfo/display.php?page=sr120 or by calling 800-427-7623.

Great place to be for a family stay.

We would stay here again, the room was more like a suite, with 2 bedrooms and a sitting area, and kitchenette area. The beds are a bit saggy/soft for my preference and the shower was very small, but apart from that it was great. We enjoyed our stay and the price was good for the spaciousness that the unit provided.

Great value place to stay in Mammoth Lakes

The location is great and so is the value for a place to stay in Mammoth Lakes. The room was clean and overall wonderful. My only dislike was the comfort of the bed. It was stiff and hard to sleep on if you are a side sleeper. Other than that it was a wonder stay.

Love how easy it is to ride my bike up to the village and catch the shuttle to the lifts. Super easy to keep my bike in my room because the rooms are pretty big and have a nice "mud" entrance for snow or in my case dirt.

Nice place for the budget councious traveler

Very nice place for the budget conscious traveler. I stayed two nights during the week and got it for a great price. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and spacious. I stayed in the simplest room, but it had a little table and two chairs; great to eat your takeouts. There’s a desk/dresser with plenty of space for your stuff, and even a recliner. I really appreciated the little “kitchen” corner with a sink (dishwashing soap and paper towel provided), a microwave and a mini fridge w/a separate freezer. There is also a coffee maker, plenty of coffee packages, hot cocoa power, and tea bags. Overall, I really enjoyed my short stay.

A little tricky to find as tucked down a hill, and my navigation was trying to send me a nonexistent way. Once I found it everything was easy. The bed was comfy, the fridge worked, there was a microwave and a kitchen sink and a coffee maker. What more can you ask for?

This was such a great stay, I’ll definitely be back. It felt like we had an apartment a few minutes walk from the Village. Having a living room and kitchenette makes this an excellent value.
