About the Space
Welcome to the Monache Resort in Mammoth Lakes – a premier destination and world class resort. This penthouse condo is an extremely special floorplan (1 of 7 in the whole hotel!) with an unbelievable view of the pool area and Mammoth Mountain. This one-bedroom + den, one bathroom condo offers a perfect space for parties of 6. With the recent remodel, central heating and air conditioning, and location, the Monache Resort is the nicest condo/hotel to stay year-round! There are stairs down the backside of the building that take you straight to the Village Gondola for easy access to the slopes at Canyon Lodge.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an ambiance of sophistication, with updated finishes and contemporary design elements throughout. The expansive living area features picture windows framing panoramic views of the majestic mountains – giving the perfect atmosphere for your Mammoth vacation. The living area offers a large sectional sofa, with a queen-sized pullout, gas burning fireplace, and private balcony with seating area to take in the gorgeous scenery, fresh mountain air, and starry night sky. The kitchenette has solid stone granite countertops and comes fully stocked in preparation for cooking simple meals. There are two tables, with plenty of seating for 6.

The primary bedroom offers the same picturesque view of the surrounding landscape, as well as a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, dresser and closet space. The primary bedroom has ensuite access to the bathroom. The updated bathroom is oversized, with a granite countertop vanity, separate glass-enclosed shower, and soaking tub. The second room is a “den”, which has a sliding door for privacy from the main living area. It is nice sized with a queen-sized bed, TV, and sitting area.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, sponges, and trash bags.

Whether you're unwinding after a day exploring nature or peacefully enjoying backdrop of the stunning scenery, this luxury penthouse is the perfect retreat.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

As guests of the Monache Resort, you will have access to the amenities available, including: year round heated pool and jacuzzi, workout facility, ski lockers, coin-op laundry facilities, and a BBQ (shared). There is a restaurant and bar in the building, The Whitebark. **This is a privately rented property - guests DO NOT get access to room service, car/ski valet, and/or front desk/bell hop services.

There is one parking pass permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the heated, underground parking garage. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle. There is an electric car charger in the parking garage.
