The complex includes covered garage parking for one vehicle, a pair of outdoor hot tubs steps away from the condo, and sauna for relaxing after a day on the slopes, and community coin-operated laundry just one floor below. Other amenities include an outdoor gas grill, a gym, a tennis court, and a pool for summer stays.

Activities aside from skiing include world renowned hiking, stellar boating and fishing at the Lakes Basin and mountain biking at the resort.
