• Parking: Unassigned parking is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access portions of the home, including the loft.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary.

• Snowcreek Athletic Club: Day passes may be available for purchase directly through the club and typically include access to fitness facilities, pools, tennis courts, racquetball, spa amenities, and dining. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT 05960-0013.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed. Requests for late checkout must be received by 10:00 AM the day before departure and are subject to availability and additional fees.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
