Great Location but Check - In Needs Improvement

We enjoyed the location, but the check-in process was confusing. We were only given an address that led us to an empty main building, a door code, and WiFi info—no unit number, building name or parking details. Thankfully, I was able to get assistance via the support number. Clearer instructions and a map would have saved a lot of time and confusion. Tip: Parking on the backside of the main street is closer to the unit. The parking garages are short—our SUV wouldn't fit with our cargo box on the roof. A few other notes: No ice was available and the beds were uncomfortable. We couldn’t AirPlay or log into our apps (Netflix/YoutuBeTV)on the main TV, which was a bit of a bummer. Despite these small hiccups, it was a nice stay. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

The condo was nicely furnished, clean, with a well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable but the bedroom heater was a bit loud. Directions to find the Huntington building where the condo is located could have been better. The garage entrance is actually on a different street than the Meridian address so it was confusing. Otherwise a good stay!

I would recommend you stay away: check in was a nightmare; the email and customer support were useless. It is not ADA compliant, getting luggage to room was difficult; the shower has no grab bar nor nonslip bottom. The property itself is degraded: water damaged ceilings, molding in bathroom degraded and more-all together bad experience from lack of support at check in, non ADA compliant and degraded property

Clean Condo

Stay was just fine, underground garage didn’t have any security, No security getting into the building. Anyone could go upstairs or go through cars. It didn’t happen but just commenting. Condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to put some Dollar Tree ice cube trays in freezer.

Summit Cozy Condos were great!

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit Cozy Condo, although we had a little difficulty finding the right building, as it is a very large complex. Request a map if you book it. Doors are keyless keypads. The customer help phone number came in very helpful when trying to find our room building, and also VERY helpful when we found our room without electicty on the second night. Workmen remodeling a different room had tripped the breaker to our room, so the help desk sent a maintenance man, quickly, to restore our power. A very nice, clean room and we enjoyed our stay. The TV didn't have a streaming service so we hooked up our own ROKU device and were good. The only problem with the unit we were in was they didn't have enough chairs, only the sofa.
