Designer furnishings by Restoration Hardware and Ethan Allan, this 2 Bedroom plus alcove and 2.5 Bath Townhome sits directly on the Snowcreek Golf Course, with breathtaking views of the Lake, Sherwins, White Mountains, Golf course in summer and Cross-country ski trails in winter. Best location in the Lodges, only steps to the jacuzzi (fresh spa robes in your closet) and the complimentary ski and town shuttles.

This home features: A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 42" Smart screen TV, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring. The living room provides Italian leather seating, with a down filled 96"L x 45"W single sleep sofa by RH, two leather recliners, a cozy fireplace, 60" Smartscreen TV with complimentary Netflix and a Blu-Ray player in every room. The home is now equipped with WiFi, to give you fast WiFi in every room, on every device. Alongside WiFi there are electrical adapters and chargers provided. Large laundry room has a new front loading Washer and Dryer, a new Chinook Boot and Glove dryer, extra fishing poles, additional Guest Storage and Central heat. Keep cool on warmer days with a mobile air conditioning unit. Levoit air purifiers are also available.

Complimentary essentials provided exclusively by the owner include Firewood, Coffee, Creamer, Sweeteners, Cooking Oil, Spices and more. The Master wing features a King size, four poster bedroom suite with 50" Smartscreen TV, Belgian linens, hypoallergenic type alternative down pillows and bedding. The master bath has a separate shower, walk-in closet, his and her sinks, hair dryers, spa robes and complimentary bath amenities. The second bedroom features a King size bed, 50" Smartscreen TV, Belgian Linens, hypoallergenic type alternative down pillows and bedding, walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, sink and valet. The Alcove features a twin sleeper sofa, side tables, hanging storage, 42" Smartscreen TV, X-Box, Games, Joy sticks and Guest Storage bins.

**SECURITY**
Most of our homes have exterior only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance but we take our guests privacy VERY seriously. There is never indoor cameras and the exterior ones are only monitored if violations occur. Most owners only look to see bears and snow levels

About The Lodges: Built in 2008 with unsurpassed quality, this exclusive enclave is a well known retreat to world famous authors, olympians and the movie industry. Respectful privacy is coveted and greatly appreciated. It sits between the base of Mammoth Rock and Old Mammoth Road, uniquely surrounded by golf course, lakes, meadows, Sherwin Mountains, The Enchanted Forest, Historic landmarks, and miles of hiking and x-country trails.

The scenery here is considered to be the most overall breathtaking location in the Town of Mammoth. Feels like a world away, yet its close to everything. A 3 min walk to the Athletic Club and Sushi Bar, 5 min drive to Little Eagle Ski Lodge or restaurants, 10 min drive to the Village and Gondola. Ski Trams and Town Shuttles are complimentary, run day and evening every day of the year. Concierge services available thru Doorstep Deliveries of Mammoth.

The spa at the Lodges is open year round with restrictions based on COVID guidelines and or severe weather interuptions.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
