Welcome to Our Modern Mountain Getaway – Just Steps from Canyon Lodge

Tucked into a peaceful, wooded corner of Mammoth, our updated two-level condo in the Mammoth Ski & Racquet complex is the perfect year-round retreat. Just a 5–10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge and moments from hiking, biking, and ski trails, our place is a mile from the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of North Village. (Please note: no pets allowed.)

We’re located on the second floor of Building K, offering quiet and comfort with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

A fully stocked kitchen with a mountain-view island, Keurig, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and more.

Dining area that opens to a balcony—perfect for a morning coffee (balcony not cleared in winter).

Cozy living room with a large sofa, 65` Smart TV with Sonos sound bar, and a gas fireplace with thermostat blower for efficient heat. (Additional wall and portable heaters available.)

Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs:

Master bedroom with a comfy queen bed.

Loft bedroom with its own door and closet, featuring a queen bed and a queen over queen bunk—great for families or groups.

Another full bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and towels provided.

The guest has all access to the apartment except for an upper loft space that is accessible by ladder only.

We are available by phone or message to assist with any questions.

Guests will need to get a parking pass at the complex office upon arrival. If the arrival is after business hours, then the pass can be retrieved the next morning. Unauthorized parking without a pass could result in being towed. 2 vehicles total are allowed in the complex. (1 in garage assigned (6’8” height and 1 unassigned parking outdoors first come first serve ) Additional paid parking is available at The Village. From May- Oct free street parking in town is available.

The water heater is smaller and might require some time to heat between multiple showers.

Ski Locker available for use at Canyon Lodge.

Snow and storms are part of our mountain weather which gives us great skiing. It is important to be prepared with chains, etc. Refunds will not be given due to chain control or temporary road closures. If you are concerned about weather, we recommend you purchase applicable travel insurance.

We generally have fast, reliable internet, but can’t guarantee there will be no interruptions.

Bears are active throughout the year so no smelly items (food, etc) should be left in cars overnight.

- Trash to be disposed of in the bear-proof dumpster only located in garages.
- No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
-Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.

Perfect Mammoth Getaway

We had a great stay at this condo. Check in was easy. All of the communications were pleasant and timely. It was fun to be able to walk over for some pickle ball in the evenings. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals.

Nicely renovated, great location with ski locker at Canyon Lodge

The place is nice and modern. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies. Love the free ski locker located at canyon lodge so that we didn’t have to lug all our skis and boots back and forth. Also appreciated the covered parking in the garage especially when there’s a blizzard. The only issue we had was the fact the cleaners weren’t ready for the 4pm check in and because of it, some areas were overlooked and weren’t cleaned well. But these things happen and the host allowed us to have a late check out to make up for it. It is about 15mins walk to Canyon Lodge when the weather is bad and very difficult to do when there’s a blizzard as the path is slippery. Overall would recommend it.
