Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This 2-bedroom + loft, 3-bath condominium sleeps up to 8 and puts you in town near shops, restaurants, the winter shuttle to Eagle Lodge, and year-round fun.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly condo designed for easy mountain getaways. The main living area features a large plush sectional, a fireplace for cozy evenings after the slopes, a 40" TV with DVD player, and high-speed internet. Slide open the balcony doors for fresh alpine air, then fire up the BBQ for dinner at home.

The full kitchen is stocked with the basics you need, including a slow cooker, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, and pans. Gather for meals at the dining table for 8, with room for 2 more at the breakfast bar. An in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays.



When it’s time to unwind, head to the community hot tub and sauna (open year-round). In the summer months, enjoy the communal pool and BBQ stations. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the outdoor lot.

• Pets: No pets are allowed at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
