Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

no sheets and loud music in the morning

Terrible hotel. No clean sheets. And terrible koud music next door from neighbour. We checken out after one night and we didnt get refund for the other night. We still have a refund request running at hotels.com
