They put me in a room beside the party / conference patio. DJ played music that was ridiculously loud until 2-3am. If it’s too loud, you’re too old….but this made my brain rattle and no way I could sleep.

When checking in the staff ensured that we had a shuttle for the airport at 4:00am the next morning, offered to have breakfast packaged so we could take it with us and upgraded us from a Queen to a king size bed. The room was clean and spacious, AC worked wonderfully, and the restaurant offered/served us a delicious dinner. My one complaint would be the lack of hot water in the shower. I took a shower with only cold water for the first half and finally had luke warm water for the second half of my shower.

I chose the hotel for because it is across the street from the airport, and it has two pools. I was disappointed that the small pool was closed for repair, and the large pool was closed for cleaning. I was only there a short time, so this was just bad luck for me. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but I found the coffee not good

We always stay here when we travel to Managua. Right across from the airport! Friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast, free shuttle!

We did not like the fact that the television primarily only had spanish broadcasts. We complained and they responded by programming the equipment. The television in general was not the best, a little work needed.

This is my first time in Nicaragua and I'm still not sure what to expect. I stayed in some hotels south of Managua that exceeded my expectations but I would say that while this one was incredibly convenient for the airport and rental car return, the hotel did not meet my expectations for an international name brand Hotel, especially a flagship property right by the international airport. The hard surfaces were very clean but the soft furnishings really needed some TLC. The room was adequate with the same issues. The hard surfaces were very clean but the woodwork and soft furnishings needed attention. My bed spread had a yellow stain in it which was a little disconcerting and a steady stream of little mosquitoes seem to find their way into my room at the rate of about one every half hour. The pool deck was nice but the restaurant, whilst looking good, only offered a very basic buffet that's back home would not be worth the $22US price tag. The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be given my lack of Spanish. The people in Nicaragua have been absolutely marvelous, they are a gracious and generous people. I would stay here again because it met my needs and walking back to the hotel from the rental car drop off, and then to the airport in the morning was a real pleasure.

Las Mercedes MGA airport

It's directly opposite the airport. Less than 5 minutes , just walk across the road. It's basically a 2 star property reminiscent of a school camp or dormitory but hey that's all you're looking for, right? Good buffet breakfast and kind staff. Window into bathroom didn't lock.
