Well, my room wasn’t cleaned properly, stuff in the restroom, carpet not clean, also there’s no coffee, only rea bags, other than that is pretty good, parking lots are good, nice lobby and restaurant and bars, I stayed for three days in total and I had problems with the water taking showers the water flips from cold to hot unexpectedly, and sometimes you get burnt, I am trying that they make those adjustments in order to have a great 5 stars hotel

What I think should probably be done is the curtains that are facing the street and the 3rd floor for example they should be washed periodically as you could tell how dirty they are from the fifth from the outside. The shower heads should get changed as it to much water that gets out (wasting water). Work on the doors to actually shut by the pool, and back entrance as you have a lot of a/c escaping that can be causing electrical bill to be slightly higher.

Our room AC didn’t get the room cold only to 25 degrees C. The shower will spray and wet the near by area. Toilet was always leaking clean water into the bowl.

The stay was great. The pool was under repair for half the stay. The food was delicious and decor for one meal where we ordered room service. The chicken was undercooked and the chicken soup was too salty. The staff was amazing!
