I made my reservation for three people (2 adults one child) and I paid for breakfast when I did my reservation. When I got to the hotel I was told that the breakfast was only for two adults, had my daughter being another adult then she will be covered, but we had to pay extra for her breakfast. That made no sense an adult eats more than a child.
Their website says that there is a shuttle to the hotel from the airport but they do not indicate that there is a charge for it. I wish I had known this, not because of what they charge but because I wouldn’t have to wait for them to pick us up (wait wasn’t long though) I would have taken a taxi there, which by the way was half of the price of what the hotel charged for their transportation.
The rooms were OK, they are outdated as this is a really old hotel and you can tell that they haven’t done any renovations in a long time. Beds were comfortable.
While we were having a drink at the bar, I could see the cobwebs all over their light fixtures.
My reservation included two free drinks due to my status with Hotels.com, but they were not offered to us. After several hours of going shopping into town and sightseeing, I came back and I had to request the drinks, the young lady at the reception had to go back into our reservation and make sure that we qualify for this.
Breakfast was superb, everything was fresh and made perfectly plus service was excellent.
Overall, our stay was good and location was convenient.
