A quiet neighborhood in the heart of suburban Ocean Acres, NJ. This tastefully designed 5-bedroom home sits just 15 minutes away from LBI. This entire home features a fully functional kitchen, multiple bedrooms to invite your friends and family, a full washer/dryer, private living room, family room with a 85in TV, and a room w/ a pool table. Enjoy the back patio with a fully equipped setup for entertainment, with an outside grill, swimming pool, and outside furniture w/ fire pit and TV.
The space
Five bedrooms, two baths, 8 queen beds and one full size bed. Four of the five bedrooms are on the second floor with 1 bedroom on the first floor with access to the back patio.
Guest access
The entire home and premises is with complete 100% privacy. Large driveway can accommodate many cars easily. Host has a studio on site that is accessed from the outside of the home. Host will only access the studio and not any part of the property. The studio door from the inside of the house is closed and locked at all times throughout the guests stay. If we need to access the property or premises (like in an emergency) we will inform the guest well in advance.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Fresenius Medical Care at Southern Ocean Medical Center. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the vacation home.
