Our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect just minutes from Mall Road. The garden and gym were great for relaxing and staying active. I booked this hotel through Expedia because it had a 4-star rating, excellent reviews, and showed a location just 0.44 km from Mall Road. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Carpets in the room, reception, and hallways looked extremely dirty. The furniture fabric and cupboards were very dirty, baseboards were not clean, the floor had burn marks, and even the room phone had accumulated dust on it. The washroom had a strong drainage smell and the tiles were not properly cleaned. While the staff were friendly, the condition of the property is far from what anyone would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rating and reviews online do not reflect the actual condition of this place.

According to our stay its best resort in this area . If i am taking about the location its best location in whole Manali just 800 meters main center point Mall Road with very good view from the room. Rooms are really very good wirh all facilties and balcony is just add on. If i am talking about other faclities they have lawn, children plating area and Playing zone for adylta, gym , disco and lots more In short very resort with all luxury facilities.
