The service was great! This was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t provide a free complimentary breakfast. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Overall service was good!

Disappointed experience

The mattress was horrible. A hammock would have been more comfortable. The service at the restaurant was abysmal. The server forgot ordered orange juice 3 times after 2 reminders! It is the first time I have not given a server a tip. I would recommend serving a complimentary breakfast for the guests. I have a feeling the staff would be better to keep up with that rather than serving individual tables. I regret not having paid extra to stay at Hampton Inn.

Staff was extremely nice. The manager give me a complimentary breakfast for 1. That was really nice. It was my husband's birthday. Everything at the location was excellent!
