The facilities are showing some signs of lack of maintenance. Also, I think it is being used to house people who lack shelter or need short term housing. I do not know if that is a condition of the area it is located in.

Everything needs to be updated. People staying directly above up were loud and stomping the 2 days and nights we were there. Dogs barking. Pool was out of service. Juice machine for breakfast was out of service.
