We stayed at this hotel recently, and while the building itself feels old and currently under renovation, there were several issues that affected our stay. In the room, the heating unit (heater) made a loud noise all night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It’s clear the hotel has made some interior updates, but the renovation hasn’t fully improved the guest experience yet. The reception area and dining spaces still feel unfinished and temporary. There was a noticeable paint smell in the hallway, which was unpleasant. The breakfast area was disorganized and chaotic, making the morning meal less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel feels like it’s in the middle of an update, but the current experience — especially the noise, smells, and disorder — fell short of expectations. It remains to be seen whether the quality and price will improve once renovations are fully completed.

Met our expectations for a one night stay next to the Interstate highway. Biggest positive was the bed was very comfortable. Biggest negative was that the elevator close to our room was not working in the morning, forcing my elderly mother to walk to the other end of the hotel in order for us to exit the hotel. Also did not like that you have to be a Wyndham rewards member to get free WiFi, but we lived without WiFi for one night.

Breakfast cold and black ash coming out of the heater. I'm the micro wave eas their to heat my food. Room was clean, but after 3 days hsd to repott my floor was dirty. The front staff was professional, very friendly and helpful. The manager accommodated me with a better room for my convenience. I toured around the hotel i was very pleased. I will come back to stay.

The hotel was quite noisy due to loud conversations from guests in the hallway, which made it difficult to rest. It also seemed short-staffed, as service was slower than expected. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in both the rooms and the hallway that affected the overall experience.
